Test search queries and preview results in real-time.

Overview

The SearchX Playground is an interactive testing environment built into the dashboard. It allows you to run search queries against your product index and see results instantly, without needing to integrate the SDK into your website.

Using the Playground

1. Go to Applications in the SearchX Dashboard.
2. Select your application.
3. Navigate to the Playground tab.
4. Type a search query in the input field.
5. View results in real-time as you type.

Features

• Instant Results — See search results update as you type.
• Facet Preview — View available filters and their counts.
• Result Details — Click on a product to see all indexed attributes.
• Query Analysis — See which ranking rules were applied and why products were ranked in their order.
• Shareable Links — Generate a persistent, non-expiring public link to share your search playground with clients or stakeholders. Each shareable link has its own dedicated security key. This is ideal for demos and sales presentations.
